Develop and maintain a suite of high-impact sales materials that win new revenue and support client retention across a wide range of clients--from high street retailers to national brands and global companies
Design visually engaging, strategically written decks that combine strong copy with creative visuals that are relevant to the various sectors we work across
Translate brand and product information into persuasive stories that help sales communicate the impact and value of our offering
Create audience-specific proposals and pitch decks using the campaign media plans
Collaborate with Insights to ensure content is data-driven, accurate, and commercially effective
Build post-campaign analysis reports for high-value clients, combining data insights with compelling design to demonstrate ROI
Collaborate with the Sales Enablement to maintain strict version control and consistency across all sales-facing content within Seismic
Build and manage a library of polished, on-brand templates for the Sales Enablement and Sales team to use, allowing us to produce decks on time while being aligned with the commercial strategy
Act as the final quality check, ensuring every asset is accurate, visually striking, and commercially impactful

Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
Proven experience creating commercially focused sales content (proposals, decks, post-campaign reports)-- ideally in media, publishing, or agency environments
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Gamma (or similar visual storytelling tools)
Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability--able to craft persuasive narratives from strategy and data
Confident in using insights to shape and refine content
Understanding of multi-platform campaigns (print, digital, radio and events) and how to present them as part of a cohesive sales story
Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Commercially minded, collaborative and passionate about creating sales content that drives results
