Commercial Coordinator

Salary :up to \xc2\xa328,000 per annum ( dependant on experience)

Hours/Working Pattern: 35 hrs per week - Monday-Friday -9:00-17:00

Location: Remote

Required to attend the New Milton Office for the first week, and occasional within business needs.

As a Commercial Coordinator at Appello you will be responsible for ensuring all Appello customers have contracts set up for legal and billing purposes.

You will be reconciling data and liaising with Accounts to ensure billing data is correct for all Appello Monitoring customers. You will also ensure that there is no missed billing by setting up and maintaining robust processes.

We would need you to provide regular analysis and reporting based on business & customer requirements across a wide range of data sets.

You will reporting to the Customer Success Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • A good general standard of secondary education.
  • GCSE Grades A-C or equivalent or NVQ Level 2/3.
  • A business related qualification is desirable.
EXPERIENCE
  • Proven track record in coordinating business services/requirements
  • Communication at B2B level and an understanding of good business practice is essential.
  • Highly effective & professional written and verbal communication, relevant work history to evidence this.
KNOWLEDGE
  • Computer literacy is essential.
  • Advanced Excel skills are fundamental in this role alongside good level of skill in Word, Outlook and Microsoft 365 suite.
  • The ability to interpret, handle and analyse large data sets is essential.
Core administration skills including letter writing and organisational skills are required. In addition, some advanced Word skills are required.
