The Role:

We are looking for a confident and proactive

Commercial Customer Service Advisor

to join our friendly team. In this key role, you will act as the first point of contact for our clients and customers, handling enquiries and service requests with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to our commercial clients via phone, email, and online platforms Log service requests, job updates, and customer feedback accurately in our internal system Liaise with engineers and internal departments to ensure timely service delivery Manage customer expectations and provide clear communication throughout the service process Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing clients Assist in contract renewals, quotations, and general account support Cover service admin role for maternity leave

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role (B2B experience is a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on delivering results A team player who enjoys building relationships and solving problems

08:30 - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
