: Commercial Director



We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Commercial Director to join our leadership team. The MD currently holds the responsibility for sales, marketing, and commercial strategy. This role is designed to take ownership of these functions and drive the next phase of growth for the business. You will be a key member of the senior team, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage the sales function, driving performance against revenue targets. Develop and execute commercial strategy aligned with company goals. Oversee marketing strategy, ensuring lead generation, brand alignment, and campaign effectiveness. Refine and manage pricing, commercial models, and go-to-market approaches. Own sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and key commercial KPIs. Identify and pursue growth opportunities including partnerships, new markets, and customer segments. Act as a strategic advisor to the MD and contribute to broader company strategy. Ensure tight integration between sales, marketing, operations, and product. Support recruitment, coaching, and performance management within the commercial team.

Candidate Profile



Proven experience in a senior commercial, sales, or revenue-focused role. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability. Strong leadership and communication skills. Track record of delivering against commercial targets. Experience building and scaling commercial functions in growing businesses. Experience in the construction industry or home improvement sector and how it works Experience in B2C and B2B Ambitious, responsible and long term stable. Experience in non-corporate environments, where quick decisions, quick action and multi-tasking is key to success. Can plan, lead and get execution.

28 days holiday per year (20days + 8 statutory) Working hours 8:30am - 5:30pm
