An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 4-5 years PQE (or equivalent) Commercial Litigation Associate to join the prestigious commercial disputes department of an international firm in London.
Working closely with senior litigators, this role offers the chance to work on complex, high-stakes business litigation matters, providing exposure to a variety of disputes in industries such as banking and finance, energy, technology, and international trade. You will be involved in all stages of litigation, from initial pleadings through to trial and appeal, and will have significant responsibility managing cases, including handling disclosure, drafting statements of case, witness proofing, conducting detailed legal research, and preparing for trial. The role will also involve providing strategic legal advice to clients on the merits of their cases and risk mitigation strategies.
To be considered, you will have four to five years of post-qualification commercial litigation experience, with a proven track record in handling complex and multi-jurisdictional disputes. You must be admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and be able to work without the need for sponsorship.
