About the job
The Purpose of this role is to support the local teams with the delivery of revenue inspection and commercial equipment to local traincrew, including some data analysis and localised training on how to use equipment.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Ensure your personal safety and that of others at all times.
Comply with the Rules as defined in the South Western Railway Personal Safety Handbook
Comply with the Rules as defined in the South Western Railway Personal Cash Regulations and Security Code of Practice.
To maintain their business knowledge by completing all Company learning site courses in a timely manner.
Ensure the RID devices are faulted are replaced in a timely manner
To oversee RID and Commercial equipment sign out sheets - retention and analysis of usage
To support and promote the use of Body Worn Video Cameras
Ensure the BWVC devices are faulted are replaced in a timely manner
To carry out training on commercial equipment and body worn video cameras.
To carry out ticket clipping analysis and compile reports into revenue collection from various sources as specified from time to time.
To manage Solano reporting statistics - ensure data is up to date and non-usage is reported to Depot Managers
To look at data around Commercial Equipment use including RID to provide insights and report into use and non-use.
To undertake additional projects and task as required by the On Train team
You'll need to be:
