KIA Commercial PBV Electric vans and People carrier Sales executive.

This is an exciting new role as Kia introduce Commercial PBV to the fantastic line-up of passenger vehicles in early 2026. Kia have enjoyed the success of recent years with record sales and ever increasing market share - currently a top 4 UK manufacturer with around 6% market share. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Commercial Sales Executive

to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a competitive commercial environment. The role involves promoting our products and services to businesses, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Development:

Identify and target new commercial clients through research, prospecting, and networking. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing business clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a deep understanding of the company's product/service offerings, industry trends, and competitors to provide the best solutions to clients. Complete all available product and manufacturer training.

Sales Strategy:

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets.

Negotiation & Closing:

Lead negotiations and manage the closing process of deals, ensuring all terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company policies.

Presentations & Proposals:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.

Reporting & Administration:

Maintain accurate sales records, track progress against targets, and report regularly to management. Use CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales activities.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategy and identify new business opportunities.

Financial and insurance products -

Complete relevant training and have an understanding of business benefits and products available

Key Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience in B2B sales or commercial sales roles, ideally in [industry-specific] or related sectors. Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and business development strategies. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with decision-makers at various levels. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and clients simultaneously. Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Dealerweb, CitNow, iStoreDocs, Dealer Auction) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

As this is a unique opportunity with KIA and West End Garage, the successful candidate will be vital in proactively driving sales of this new offering to the UK market. The PBV vehicles are already advertised in public domain and have had positive reviews from recent CV Show in Birmingham NEC. Marketing leads are being compiled but will require a great deal of hard work and effort to identify and build relations in local markets and drive sales. We are expecting an element of time will be spent cold calling (both phone and knocking on doors) to create relations and generate future sales!

We will expect any candidates who are invited for interview to demonstrate their expertise in this field by providing an action plan, and pitch to us on 'what and how' they would do to make this a success.

Working Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 08:00 - 17:30. 1 in 4 Sundays 10:00 - 16:00.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,000.00-60,969.44 per year
