We're a fast-growing, forward-thinking Electrical & Renewable Energy company based in Hampshire. From EV charging and solar PV to air source heat pumps and commercial fit-outs, we're working with top-tier clients across the UK -- and we're expanding fast.

We're now looking for

ECS-registered electricians

and improvers to join our elite team, helping to deliver cutting-edge

Commercial EV Charger installations

across London and surrounding areas.

About the Role:

This is

not your average site job

. Think hands-on installs, technical problem-solving, and real ownership of projects that are making a difference. You'll be working on major commercial sites, installing EV chargers, containment systems, transformers -- all while being part of a tight-knit team who have each other's backs.

Ideally based in the

Southampton / Portsmouth

area -- but you'll be on the road Monday to Friday, with accommodation, food and travel

fully covered

(and optional overtime at enhanced rates on weekends).

What You'll Be Doing:

Installing cutting-edge

commercial EV chargers

. Fitting containment (ladder, tray, trunking - the works). Running supply cables & terminating LV panels/transformers (LV side only). Reading and working from SLDs and construction drawings. Collaborating with other trades and big-name clients. Bringing a proactive mindset and problem-solving skills to every job.

What You'll Need:

ECS Gold Card

or CSCS site card - must be in date. Experience with large-scale electrical installs & containment. Confident working from drawings & independently. A

can-do attitude

and a strong work ethic.

Driving license

- essential.
Bonus points for:

2391, IPAF, SSSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshal - all preferred but not essential.

The Hours:

Monday to Friday, 12-hour days (07:00 > 19:00, with paid breaks). 40 to 56 hours per week. Optional weekend overtime available. Enhanced rates for staying away Food allowance.
