As a Commercial & Sales Manager, you will work with Operations and Marketing teams to deliver an exciting calendar of events across our portfolio of Leonardo Royal Hotels including NYX London Holborn and Sabine Rooftop Bar as well as overseeing day-to-day reservations and inquiries.


You will be responsible for professionally dealing with a variety of reactive sales inquiries, in order to generate F&B Revenue for the Leonardo Royal Hotels with a prime focus on NYX and Sabine.


You will be able to demonstrate first-class customer service skills and have the ability to adapt and multi-task whilst having a keen eye for detail. Your key responsibility is to ensure that all inquiries are answered and once contracted co-ordinated to ensure that we gain maximum market share from all customers and gain their loyalty

you will:



Be yourself! In charge of the Sabine Rooftops reservations team; develop commercial strategies to maximise revenue through upselling and repeat business. Build pricing models and packages that reflect demand, brand positioning, and market trends, including creating and managing monthly sales forecasts, revenue targets, and commercial reporting. Ensure all Sabine Rooftops are set up and fully operational on booking platforms, alongside training the reservations team on booking platform systems and monitoring usage for accuracy and efficiency. Liaise with the marketing team to ensure all rooftop information on websites and booking platforms is accurate and easy for guests to use. Ensure contracts and payment links are sent through booking platforms and confirmed as signed and paid prior to events; ensure all payments are claimed and correctly posted through the system, and produce detailed function sheets for all events. Set up guidelines and SOPs for the rooftop reservations teams on handling enquiries and work closely with the operations team to ensure all events are delivered to agreed standards. Represent the venues at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings, including wedding shows and build and maintain relationships with local businesses, corporate offices, and agents. Conduct competitor analysis to ensure pricing and rooftop offerings remain competitive.
