Omlet is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Finance Analyst to join our flock. This is a pivotal role where commercial strategy meets insight. You'll be at the heart of driving profitable global growth, partnering closely with our commercial teams to shape product portfolios, pricing, and promotional strategies. With a hands-on approach to planning and forecasting, you'll help build a strong, data-driven commercial budget and ensure performance stays on track. More about the role:



Oversight and management of the commercial forecasts by analysing online retail sales data, assessing trends in customer purchases, and evaluating changes in the online and retail market. Responsible for the delivery of the demand forecast in the Integrated Business Planning cycle in conjunction with marketing and sales. Utilise the sales forecast to plan inventory which maintains target stock levels by location. Business partner the supply chain team to minimise total cost of ownership for stock and maximise working capital. Analyse gross margin performance v prior year, budget and forecast to identify variances and drivers to deliver actionable insight to the business. Create and maintain reports to deliver actionable insights. Identify and drive opportunities to improve overall business performance

Successful candidate requirements:



Strong analytical skills with an inquisitive mindset. Experience working on supply systems, ERP, and MRP is essential. Strong Microsoft Excel skills is required. A solid understanding of sales forecasting and supply chain processes within a Global business. Solid experience in a dynamic, high SKU count consumer business with a proactive and "hands-on" style. Demonstrate a track record of managing high volume inventory in line with departmental KPIs as well as successfully producing sales forecast on ecommerce platforms. Be passionate about delivering results in a fast paced and challenging environment. Significant and proven experience in a commercial finance role on Ecommerce platforms. Accounting qualification e.g. CIMA, ACA, ACCA

Pay: 55,000.00-60,000.00 per year
