The Role

We're looking for a sharp, driven graduate with a strong head for numbers and a genuine interest in business to join us as a

Finance Analyst

. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll gain exposure to the full accounting process and play a critical role in helping us make smart, data-driven decisions.

This isn't your typical graduate finance job -- we've automated the dull, repetitive tasks, so your time will be spent solving real business problems, analysing data, and identifying opportunities for growth. You'll work across departments, providing insights that directly influence commercial strategy. Key Responsibilities

Assist in the production of monthly management accounts and financial reports Work closely with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Analyse financial and operational data to uncover trends and growth opportunities Partner with other teams (e.g., sales, operations) to support decision-making Support cash flow analysis, stock and margin reporting, and cost control initiatives Assist with year-end accounts preparation and liaise with auditors Continuously improve reporting processes and support automation projects

What We're Looking For

A recent graduate (or about to graduate) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field Highly numerate and analytical, with strong attention to detail A confident communicator who can explain financial concepts clearly Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large data sets Motivated, organised, and eager to learn -- someone who enjoys solving problems Interested in becoming a Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) -- study support available after 12 months
