As the Lead Financial Analyst for our Gaming business, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing financial performance analysis and planning. What you will be doing:

Review the Gaming P&L, providing detailed variance analysis vs Budget, PP and Prior Year across key metrics. Support key commercial stakeholders, proactively explaining performance drivers and flagging risks or opportunities. Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for Gaming, working closely with Marketing, Commercial, Compliance and BI teams. Partner with the central BI team to enhance dashboards and develop reporting tools for more actionable insight. Provide finance support for business cases (e.g., new supplier deals, product development, bonus design). Monitor cross-sell trends and support strategies to drive higher retention and player lifetime value. Contribute to broader Online financial reporting cycles and Board submissions.

Be a qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or equivalent, with experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Business Partnering roles. Have excellent commercial acumen and understanding of Gaming KPIs (Net Revenue, SPH, Margin, Bonus Cost, etc.) High attention to detail and ability to simplify complex data for senior stakeholders. Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with Power BI will be beneficial.
