What you'll get to do:

Support the sites in delivering building services planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
Maintain, service, fault find, and test commercial gas and heating systems
Provide technical guidance on processes, procedures, statutory regulations, approved codes of practice, and HTMs
Deliver scheduled, reactive, and remedial maintenance services via the PPM schedule or as requested by the Help Desk or Service Managers
Work with and support the projects/construction team and technical services supervisor in identifying, scoping, and delivering minor capital works

What we're looking for:

Current in-date domestic and commercial gas certification (essential)
Previous experience working within a building maintenance environment
Experience delivering maintenance services to a specification such as SFG20
