The Role

We're hiring a

Commercial & Domestic Gas Engineer

to work across a diverse portfolio of properties. This is a multi-skilled role involving both

commercial and domestic gas work

(split approx. 50/50), as well as

some plumbing and wider building services

tasks as part of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules.

This role is ideal for someone looking for varied work across different sites, who is hands-on, proactive, and flexible.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, service, maintenance and repair of

commercial and domestic gas appliances

(boilers, heating systems, cookers, water heaters). Diagnose and rectify faults in gas systems efficiently and safely. Support with

general building services tasks

including plumbing, minor carpentry, and mechanical PPMs. Accurately complete service reports and safety documentation. Ensure compliance with

Gas Safe

and health & safety regulations. Work independently and as part of a mobile team across Greater London and surrounding areas.

What We're Looking For

Commercial and Domestic Gas Qualifications

(ACS certifications essential: CCN1, CENWAT, COCN1, ICPN1, TPCP1, etc.). Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role (commercial servicing and repair). Comfortable with

plumbing tasks and multi-trade responsibilities

. Full UK driving licence. Strong problem-solving skills and a professional, customer-focused approach. Ability to work to deadlines and take initiative.

Desirable (Not Essential)

Experience with other building services or maintenance trades (e.g. electrical, carpentry). Welding or brazing skills.
