The Role



We are seeking an experienced Commercial General Insurance Broker to join our team. This is a leadership role with a balance of client-facing responsibilities and management duties.

You will drive business development, manage a portfolio of commercial clients, and provide guidance to a team of brokers.

Key Responsibilities



Develop, grow and manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients across various sectors. Provide tailored advice and negotiate competitive insurance programs. Support the development and implementation of business development strategies to attract and retain clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and compliance requirements. Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business enquiries. Foster strong relationships with insurers and underwriters. Ensure service excellence and high client satisfaction. Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures.

About You



Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Broker, with strong knowledge of general insurance products. Previous leadership or management experience is highly desirable. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on client management. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
