About the Programme

Our Commercial Graduate Programme is designed to develop the next generation of commercial leaders within Muller. Over the course of the programme, you will play a vital part in supporting the delivery of volume and profit targets for key branded customer accounts while building winning relationships with national retailers. You'll also provide critical market intelligence to support decision-making within the business. You will work on real projects and receive tailored training to build a strong foundation for your career in Commercial. After completing the programme, you'll continue to expand your expertise, preparing for a senior role within the Commercial department.

What's Included in the Programme?

As a Muller Commercial Graduate, you will be responsible for:

Forecast Planning: Assist in accurate forecast planning to help meet sales targets Price Administration: Take ownership of price administration processes Customer Research & Analysis: Conduct analysis of customer activities, and provide actionable recommendations Project Management: Take accountability for specific projects and their successful delivery Reporting: Assist in compiling internal reports for monthly business reviews Business Planning: Support business planning activities, including helping deliver annual budgets for volume and profit

Need?

To be part of Muller's Commercial Graduate Programme, you will need:

A STEM or business-related Degree: at 2:1 or above, completed within the last three years

Travel: Flexibility to travel to other Muller sites for the purpose of project work or learning activities with expenses covered UK Driver's License: Must hold a full UK driving license for at least one year. (Please note this role is not eligible for sponsorship as the salary falls below the required threshold.) UK Residency: Eligibility to work in the UK and not be in any full-time education. Consumer focus: Consumer focused approach and collaborative spirit Curiosity: Curiosity to learn and the ambition to make an impact Analytical skills: Analytical skills and a strong sense of business acumen
