For over 20 years, we've led the UK & Ireland travel retail market across Duty Free, Travel Essentials, and Food & Beverage.

As Commercial Insights Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our data-driven decision-making -- turning numbers into stories, insight into strategy, and analysis into action.

What You'll Do:

Analyse sales, margin, pricing, and promotional data across all business lines. Build and deliver dashboards that drive sharper decisions and stronger performance. Support supplier negotiations, pricing, and promotional planning with robust analytics. Partner with finance, operations, and commercial teams to identify trends and opportunities. Champion continuous improvement in reporting, visualisation, and commercial insight.

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience in commercial or business analysis -- ideally in retail, travel, or a fast-paced environment. Advanced Excel skills (VBA or Power BI experience a plus). Strong commercial acumen and the ability to turn data into actionable insight. A collaborative, proactive approach and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
