So if you are hard working, not afraid to push yourself and genuinely want to share our vision, goals and values then we want to hear from you.In return you will receive a competitive salary and bonus structure.Experience RequiredAt least 4 years commercial lines broking role including new business, renewals and policy adjustments.Experience must include commercial classes including property, liability, motor including motor fleet, business interruption, engineering & professional indemnity.Management liability, cyber liability, financial crime, inherent latent defects experience is desirable.Experience is essential in handling small to medium sized businesses operating in a wide range of industries. Experience is desirable in handling larger businesses with turnover in excess of 1,000,000.Experience in personal classes including private car, home and travel experience is desirable but full training given if required.Day to Day DutiesNew businessObtain risk information from clients, preparation of market presentations, negotiate fair terms with insurers, preparation of quotation letters and reports to clients, secure business with clients where necessary, new business processing on systemRenewalsCheck over past 12 month client record and note all changes, claims and any issues arising, arrange broking presentations to market, organise and check over renewal terms and alternative quotations received, prepare renewal letters and reports to clients, renew policies with clients, renewal processing on system.Ongoing servicingDeal with client queries that may arise during the year including mid term alterations and policy queries. Update system on an ongoing basis recording notes on phone calls with clients and action taken on policies.Accounts & complianceProcess debit card payments, cheques where necessaryProcess premium finance requests using external finance providerAny other reasonable duties required by the businessCompliance and completion of ongoing training requirements as set down by the Financial Conduct AuthorityKeep insurer market knowledge up to date and adapt to insurance market and compliance changesPerson specification? Share a common interest and be genuinely enthusiastic in sharing company values and help drive the business forward.?
