The main requirement for the role is to provide excellent levels of service and advice to existing customers so strong rapport building is a must! You will be required to proactively manage your own pipeline of renewals, queries, mid-term changes, and general advice. You will need to be upbeat and adapt to change well. There will be plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and build an excellent career here.The RoleYour primary focus is to engage with existing clients, as an existing business advisor you will create and nurture a relationship through great rapport, providing them with their renewal quotation and securing the business. A telephone-based role, you will be required to confidently manage the client and communicate in many ways, meaning you must be able to prioritise and manage your pipeline in a proactive way to meet the standards that we strive to achieve.The CompanyA nimble and innovative insurance broker, Insync serves over 35,000 SME?EUR(TM)s throughout the UK from our Head Office in Poole.   • Provide advice to business clients on the most suitable levels of cover to cater for their individual insurance requirements
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure a successful renewal retention ratio.
  • Negotiate terms and quotations for MTA?EUR(TM)s, cancellations & renewal business
  • Highlight appropriate additional products which align to their needs
  • Develop strong relationships with Insurers and Underwriters, understanding appetites, classes and specific niche sectors.
