Are you a recent school or college leaver ready to kickstart your career?

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Insurance Apprentice to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the insurance industry while working towards a recognised insurance qualification.

Our client are a small, independent Insurance Broker, specialising in classic car & specialist vehicle insurance. The role

Arrange renewal and new business appointments for commercial clients Chase clients for insurance documentation in a timely manner Conduct customer care calls to trade clients to maintain strong client relationships Prepare and send customer care packs to clients Liaise with insurers to obtain quotations and policy information Update our CRM system with new business enquiries and client information Carry out general administrative duties to support the team

Skills & Attributes

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organisational and time-management abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues (must be a people's person) Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative

Apprenticeship Programme

12-18 month training programme Insurance Practitioner Level 3, which includes completing your Cert CII Level 3 Certificate (a highly regarded qualification in the Insurance sector) 20% of your work time is dedicated to learning. You'll be fully supported by Norton's and our Training provider for successful completion of the programme Permanent full-time role Competitive Apprenticeship salary

What you'll need:

A minimum GCSE at grade C/4 in Maths and English A desire to enter a sales role in Insurance

Pay: 19,500.00-23,809.50 per year
