Job Description
As a Claims Handler with Compare insurance, you will become part of an established and rapidly growing company working within the financial services sector. You will be responsible for dealing with inbound initial insurance claims from businesses and sign posting them to the relevant insurer. Your role is to assist the client with their claim and provide the highest levels of customer service.
- Ideally a proven strong track record Claims handling in the insurance sector.
- Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner with the ability to build rapport and form solid relationships.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a busy team
- Have a positive attitude and enjoy working with a team of like minded people
- Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Thursday 9am to 5.30pm and 9 to 5pm on a Friday.
