We are looking for a dynamic Insurance Executive to drive business growth and build lasting client relationships. This is a front-line sales role where you will develop new business opportunities, identify client needs, and deliver tailored insurance solutions. You will thrive on meeting targets, enjoy networking, and be confident presenting to decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, providing expert advice on insurance solutions.
Meet with prospective and existing clients to conduct fact finds and build tailored proposals.
Negotiate competitive terms with insurers and present clear recommendations to clients.
Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets.
Build strong, long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
Represent the Group at industry events, networking groups, and client meetings.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with FCA requirements.
Skills and Experience
Proven track record in sales within insurance.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Confidence in winning new business and managing negotiations.
Knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets
Target-driven with a focus on delivering results.
Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Cert CII qualification (desirable) or willingness to study.
