An exciting opportunity has opened for an individual to grow, expand and develop their skills with a leading pet insurance provider as we launch and develop our pet and pet business brands across the UK and Europe.
Answer and resolve customer queries and demonstrate ownership of the task
General policy administration
Pro-actively follow up insurance enquiries to convert to an insurance policy
Ensure customer satisfaction is exceeded
Produce high quality documentation and maintain records on our systems
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the company products
Identify trends and areas for improvement with a solution-based attitude
Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues
Ensure company and regulatory policies are complied with
Undertake regular learning and development in line with company and FCA requirements
Skills & Experience:
Experience within a customer facing / support role ideally in insurance but not necessary as training will be given
Good general education, including GCSE's (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
Customer focussed - a passion for customer service and exceeding expectations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive 'can do' attitude
Team player
High attention to detail
Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
Competent with ICT and keen to learn and develop new systems
A love of pets
