Your Role

As a Commercial Consultant, you'll tackle complex commercial matters with a particular focus on intellectual property aspects. You'll work closely with our Commercial team, providing strategic counsel that shapes business relationships whilst protecting and maximising IP assets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Extensive commercial law experience with strong IP expertise Sharp understanding of business needs and IP strategy Self-starter who also thrives in collaborative settings Excellent communicator and relationship builder Adaptable and eager to take on diverse assignments SRA or Law Society of Scotland registration
