Job Overview

Guest Linen is a new and exciting business within the commercial laundry industry. In a growth phase, Guest Linen is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Supervisor to join the team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the laundry on a daily basis as well as developing the Guest Linen vision in everything they do.

Duties

Communicating with current and prospective clients to ensure high customer satisfaction. Working hands-on in the warehouse washing, drying and ironing goods. Completing admin tasks including stock management, quality control, customer on-boarding etc. Driving the company van to complete occasional laundry drop offs. Be responsible for the daily operations of the laundry including supervising the team.

Requirements

Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role within a hotel setting is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy items as necessary. A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service to customers.

Pay: 24,000.00 per year
