Full or Part time for the right candidate as a Commercial Property/General Property Lawyer.

Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Assist clients in resolving disputes through negotiation or alternative dispute resolution methods. Conduct legal research to support case preparation and provide informed recommendations. Stay updated on changes in legislation that may impact commercial practices. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of legal strategies with business objectives. Represent clients in negotiations, meetings, and hearings as required. The role will cover general property, conveyancing, leases and land transactions, as well as Commercial Property and business premises transaction.

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in drafting and reviewing complex legal documents. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A thorough understanding of commercial law principles and practices. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Pay: 45,000.00-60,000.00 per year
