Commercial Lead

to join our expanding team.

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a confident professional who can follow up on existing projects, strengthen relationships, and actively pursue new business opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:



Take ownership of the follow-up and management of existing client projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and end users. Identify and develop new business leads across target sectors. Attend site meetings, project briefings, and networking events to promote Sol Komfort's services. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction. Report on sales activity, client feedback, and opportunities for expansion.

What We're Looking For:



A minimum of

3 years' experience in sales

, ideally within interiors, construction, or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently. Confidence in managing multiple projects and deadlines. A natural relationship builder who thrives on customer interaction and business development.
