About the role

The
Commercial Lettings Sales Manager
will be the
sales lead
for UCL's commercial accommodation portfolio.
They will be responsible for:
Driving commercial sales strategy to meet ambitious income targets.
Actively developing new business from external organisations, institutions, language schools, and summer groups.
Building long-term strategic partnerships to maximise commercial occupancy and revenue across UCL's estate during vacation periods and beyond.
Overseeing the end-to-end sales pipeline from prospecting through negotiation, contracting, and operational handover.

About you
-------------
To do this job you'll need:
Experience at leadership level within the Higher Education, Student Accommodation, or similar sectors.
Experience working in an operational sales role.
Experience in delivering sales improvement projects.
Proven track record increasing sales , income and commercial return.
Experience in working effectively across several functions/departments.
