About the firm
Leading, well-regarded law firm looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Litigation Partner into their Preston offices.
Our client is a Top 100 ranked legal practice that is known for their workplace culture, collaborative approach to caseloads, hybrid working options and keenness to get involved in making a difference with the wider community.
About the role
Within this role, you will be working on a broad range of Commercial Litigation matters such as:

Commercial contract disputes
The Civil Procedure Rules
Sale of business disputes
Partnership and joint venture disputes
Enforcement of restrictive covenants
Injunctions

As well as this, you will be taking part in Business Development Initiatives, supervising more junior members of the team and building and maintaining your own network.
You will be joining an expert team within a Legal 500 law firm with a proven track record of success, having worked across high to ultra-high net worth cases for professionals and businesses.
About You
As the successful candidate, you will ideally have at least 5-10 years PQE within Commercial Litigation law, outstanding organisational, time management and client care skills, can work well under pressure and are looking for the next step in your career.
