About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to gain experience working on international arbitration matters. As well as this, you will work on:

Commercial contract disputes
The Civil Procedure Rules
Sale of business disputes including fraud, indemnity and breach of warranty
Shareholder disputes
Partnership and joint venture disputes
Enforcement of restrictive covenants
Injunctions
High-value complex settlement agreements
Cross-border litigation

What do you need?

1-3 years PQE within Commercial Litigation law
Strong academics
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A collaborative attitude and can work well in a team
