Due to continued client development, a current strong order position and a growing pipeline of projects, we have positions to fill.

Commercial Manager

L&B are actively seeking to recruit a Commercial Manager(CM) to join our contract management team, working on a wide range of projects across a prestigious client base.

The ideal candidate will preferably have:

Experience in a CM role on M&E projects or a M&E engineering background or qualification in addition to CM experience Experience with NEC and JCT contract forms Be an excellent communicator with the client and internal team and maintain a strong client focus Experience in delivering safe, on budget and timely projects Procurement and sub-contract experience Experience in carrying out contract communications Writing cost detail and progress reports Producing Cost Plans and Project Cash Flow Forecasts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year

Education:

Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:

Commercial Management: 2 years (preferred)
