We're on a mission to raise the standard of private musculoskeletal care in the UK - and we're looking for someone to help us expand our reach and strengthen our operations as we grow.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Commercial Manager to help us grow the clinic by converting enquiries, building partnerships, and keeping daily standards high across the client journey.
You'll work closely with the Clinic Director to ensure the right things are being done - both to bring new people into the clinic and to ensure they're getting a consistently excellent experience once they arrive.
This is a role for someone who's commercially smart, people-savvy, and comfortable with both external networking and internal coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Growth & Conversion
- Follow up with enquiries to convert interest into bookings
- Monitor performance metrics like conversion rates, follow-up response times, and diary utilisation
- Help develop and maintain internal systems to ensure we're making the most of every enquiry and referral
Partnership & Referral Development
- Build and maintain relationships with GPs, consultants, sports clubs, and local wellness providers
- Identify new local opportunities and outreach targets
- Represent VITAL Health at local events and talks
Operational Oversight & Standards
- Help ensure day-to-day operational standards are being met by team members
- Proactively flag issues where improvements can be made to the client journey or team processes
- Support the Clinic Director in reinforcing systems and expectations in a constructive, values-led way
Marketing Support
- Support event marketing, client education campaigns, and case study gathering
- Work with the Clinic Director to develop small, targeted outreach campaigns
- Track and report on what's working -- and where tweaks are needed
About You
We're looking for someone who is:

Bonus if you have:
- Experience in private healthcare, wellness, or service-based businesses
- A local network in Essex (not essential but helpful)
- Familiarity with performance metrics, customer journeys, and lead tracking
