Role Overview:



We are seeking a commercially driven and detail-oriented Commercial Manager to support the Commercial Director in leading strategic growth, enhancing customer experience, and optimising business operations in a premium automotive environment. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen and a passion for the premium/luxury/exotic vehicle sector, ideally with previous experience within the automotive industry

This role will play a key part in developing client relationships, improving commercial efficiency, and expanding our presence in the high-end automotive market.

Key Responsibilities:



-Commercial Strategy Support: Assist in developing and executing pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and business plans tailored to the luxury car market.

-Sales & Business Development: Support the Commercial Director in identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building relationships with luxury dealerships, exotic car owners, and premium partners.

-Operations Oversight: Collaborate with detailing teams, installers, and customer service to ensure a premium, efficient, and scalable customer experience.

-Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs related to sales, CRM database management, customer satisfaction, service efficiency, and client retention. Create reports and make recommendations to improve profitability.

- Client Relationship Management: Ensure a high-touch, white-glove approach to client service. Help maintain long-term relationships with discerning customers and partners.

-Marketing & Branding Support: Work with internal teams or agencies on campaigns targeting high-net-worth individuals and car enthusiasts, with a focus on premium branding and reputation management.

-Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Support in negotiating with PPF and coating suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards are maintained.

Key Requirements:



-5+ years of experience in a commercial, sales, or operations role, ideally within the automotive sales, automotive aftersales, PPF, detailing, or luxury services sector.

-Strong understanding of paint protection film (XPEL, STEK, 3M, SunTek), ceramic coating, and the needs of premium/exotic/luxury car owners and businesses.

-Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and execute follow up action.

-Excellent interpersonal and client service skills with experience dealing with high-value customers or VIP clients.

-Highly organized with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through.

- Proficient with CRM software, sales tracking tools, and basic financial reporting.

Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field preferred.

Desirable Attributes:

Passion for exotic, supercars, or luxury vehicles.

Understanding of the premium/luxury service space and customer expectations.

Self-starter with a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a boutique, high-performance environment.

Experience working in a growing, entrepreneurial business is a plus.

This is a role which can be worked remotely as it will be covering various sites, you will be required to travel to Scotland weekly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 100,000.00 per year
