Extreme Scaffolding is an established Scaffolding & Access company currently turning over 8.5m per year. We serve a wide area from our base in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, including Stevenage, Letchworth, Bedford, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire and Greater London.

We have been in business providing high quality scaffolding services since 2004, and as we have grown, we have learnt from, and adapted to, our customers' requirements and contracts. Our aim is to achieve steady growth through increased customers and repeat business, with a focus on supplying value for money through competitive pricing and a comprehensive service.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Manager at our head office in Hitchin, Hertfordshire.

Preparing new projects to handover to the Contracts Managers; having the overview for invoicing & applications as well as booking in ensuring correct dates of handovers are recorded and additional hire is charged; managing, preparing and booking in variations. Preparing monthly turnover forecasts. Check orders, sales and accept jobs, checking contracts from clients. Preparing monthly cost reports and analysis for operations/finance meetings. Liaison between Estimating and Operations departments. Chasing payments, maintaining a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients. Dealing with invoice/client queries. Attending regular commercial meeting with clients. Document control of drawings. PQQ documents - assist in the preparation of documents for submission. Assisting in securing new business, tender applications.
