Summary
We are seeking a Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team at Colliers Commercial Cleaning Ltd. In this role, you will oversee operations covering over 35 customer sites and ensure the highest standards of service delivery while maintaining cost efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in driving our mission of client satisfaction.
Hours of work - between 30 - 35 per week
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies in alignment with company goals
Manage business development initiatives, including client acquisition and retention
Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring legal and financial compliance
Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and operations teams to achieve business objectives
Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
Lead and mentor team members to drive performance
Optimise pricing strategies to enhance revenue and profitability
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements
Proven experience within the commercial cleaning industry or related field.
Strong understanding of cost control and budget management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Analytical mindset with strategic thinking capability
A proactive approach with a focus on achieving results.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
