Boring Marketing Ltd is seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Manager to drive our business growth and expand our client portfolio. We specialise in transforming seemingly mundane concepts into exceptionally memorable and impactful marketing campaigns. This role is pivotal in identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the sustained success of our innovative marketing approach.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities aligned with Boring Marketing's unique value.
Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and effectively positioning our specialised marketing services.
Lead contract negotiations and close agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both clients and Boring Marketing.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and competitive landscapes, informing strategic business development initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure that client needs are accurately translated into compelling proposals and successful campaign strategies.
Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and achieve commercial targets.
Represent Boring Marketing at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Contribute to the overall commercial strategy of the company, providing insights and recommendations for growth and market penetration.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Commercial Manager, Business Development Manager, or in a similar senior sales-oriented role.
A strong track record of achieving and exceeding commercial targets and expanding client bases.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex service offerings clearly and persuasively.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain robust client relationships.
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, capable of identifying market opportunities and developing effective commercial strategies.
Understanding of marketing principles and the value of creative solutions for diverse business needs.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.

Pay: 52,000.00-60,000.00 per year
