Job Description

Monday to Thursday in the office with Fridays off (full salary maintained) -

this new 4-day work week is a 6-month trial, starting 19th May 2025.

The Role





LiveScore is a global sports media business, with a growing community of 50 million users worldwide across our app, website, and social media channels. We are an IAB Gold Standard publisher & one of the most aspirational and ambitious media owners in the industry today.



This is an exciting opportunity for a high performing individual to join LiveScore's growing and ambitious team. The role itself is a pivotal position within the Commercial team, with responsibility for the day-to-day aggregation and extensive reporting of both reconciled and forecasted revenue, as well as advertising performance across the various LiveScore channels. Working with multiple stakeholders across the business, you will be responsible for building regular & ad-hoc reporting, analysing this information effectively and confidently communicating findings to guide and enhance our commercial strategy.



This broad and varied role requires an individual who can proactively manage a wide-ranging list of responsibilities and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be data driven, with a high attention to detail and possess the ability to translate and communicate information effectively to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities




Own reporting for LiveScore Media advertising revenues across all channels, platforms and countries in alignment with budgets Maintain a regular dialogue with the direct, agency and programmatic sales teams regarding advertising performance and revenue forecasts Directly manage a commercial planner, overseeing their personal and professional development Establish strong relationships with the product and legal teams to work on new product releases and their project management, KYC processes and to ensure compliance requirements are communicated Liaise closely with the various content and marketing leads of the business to accurately track and forecast LiveScore Media's P&L Work with the data and insights teams to identify ways of automating reporting processes for manual platforms Actively explore and champion the application of AI and machine learning tools within commercial reporting, forecasting, and strategy development to drive greater efficiency and deeper actionable insights. Analyse LiveScore Media's multi-platform, global advertising performance and utilise this data to recommend country specific strategies to guide the enhancement of the LiveScore proposition Enhance and automate revenue performance visualisation via tools such as ADvendio (Salesforce) and Tableau, presenting advertising performance across all relevant metrics. Work on optimisations within ADvendio to establish accurate reporting frameworks for CPMs in conjunction with GAM Liaise with the accounts department and the relevant commercial teams to confirm monthly revenues, raise invoices to ensure platform maintenance and support with reconciling unpaid invoices Analyse LiveScore advertising performance and trends, producing ad impression and revenue forecasts in the context of targets and other business KPIs Produce regular LiveScore Media performance summaries and reports, highlighting notable trends and business developments. Actively engage with and source reseller partnerships to unlock opportunities worldwide, nurture client relationships to remain top of mind for opportunities, respond to brief responses with short turnarounds and establish frameworks to optimise performance for this channel

Skills, Knowledge and Experience




Proficient Microsoft Office skills - Excel, PowerPoint and Word Proficient level of Salesforce knowledge preferred An analytical mindset with the capability of interpreting data for performance and business development purposes Commercially minded and the ability to identify new opportunities Strong communication skills and the ability to develop strong internal relationships A versatile individual with an appetite to learn and take on new challenges Ability to multi-task and prioritise a varied workload with the ability to maintain a high attention to detail and high-quality output Self-motivated and eager to work in an evolving and rewarding environment An understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
