With exciting projects across the Midlands and an expanding client base in both the commercial cleaning and facilities management sectors, we're now looking for a driven and experienced

Commercial Manager

to join our senior team.

This is a pivotal role within the business -- perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants to play a key part in shaping the next stage of our growth.

About the Role



You'll take ownership of the commercial and business development functions across the company, helping us secure and deliver new work opportunities within both the cleaning and FM divisions. Working closely with the Managing Director, you'll be instrumental in managing tenders, developing client relationships, and ensuring our commercial processes are robust, profitable, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee all commercial activity across cleaning and FM projects. Lead the preparation and submission of tenders, quotes, and framework bids. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers. Work closely with operations and finance to ensure profitable project delivery. Review contract performance and manage commercial risk. Contribute to long-term business development and growth strategy.

About You



We're looking for someone with a strong mix of

commercial acumen and business development drive

. You'll be confident dealing with clients at all levels, commercially astute, and capable of turning opportunities into results.

Essential Skills & Experience:



Proven experience in a Commercial, Estimating, or Business Development role (ideally within Cleaning, Facilities Management, or Construction). Strong understanding of tendering processes, cost management, and client negotiations. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive and organised approach, able to manage multiple priorities. Ambition to grow with a business that's scaling rapidly and making its mark in the industry.

Pay: 42,000.00-48,000.00 per year
