Job Description

Storefast Solutions is a fast-growing, forward-thinking business based in Kent, providing manufacturing, co-packing, and warehousing solutions to the UK beverage industry. We're looking for a Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team and lead commercial operations while driving growth across our expanding client base.

Roles and Responsibilities

Managing and developing key customer relationships across new and existing accounts Leading the onboarding process for new customers - from first enquiry through to production launch Handling pricing strategy, costing models, and commercial negotiations Overseeing contract terms and service agreements Proactively managing issue resolution, ensuring high levels of service and customer satisfaction Working closely with internal teams (operations, technical, and finance) to deliver commercially viable solutions Supporting business development and contributing to revenue growth Reporting on customer performance, commercial metrics, and profitability.

Essential:

Previous experience in a commercial role (e.g. account management, sales, or commercial operations) Strong negotiation and communication skills Comfortable with costing and pricing models Experience working in food and drink, FMCG or manufacturing (preferred) Organised, self-motivated and solution-focused

Desirable:

Knowledge of co-packing or contract manufacturing Experience onboarding new customers or launching products Understanding of UK retail or wholesale supply chains
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
