Commercial Manager - Norwich
An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager to join a leading construction main contractor on a permanent basis. As the Commercial Manager, you will undertake all commercial aspects, take responsibility and be accountable of a large contract or multiple smaller value contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Tendering and Pre-Contract Activities
- Start Up of New Projects
- Procurement
- Applications for Payment and Invoicing
- Cost Control
- Accounting and Reporting
- Risk and Opportunity Management
- Subcontract Administration
- Manage the close out of projects
- Experience as commercial lead on projects turning over in excess of \xc2\xa310m/annum
- BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Professional Institution Membership - preferred working to or achieved MRICS
- CSCS
- Relevant driving licence
