Associate, Senior Associate or Partner | Mechanical & Electrical Commercial Team Lead

Full-Time | Manchester (Hybrid)

On behalf of our client, we are hiring a

Mechanical and Electrical (Building Services) Commercial Lead

to help further establish the business across the North (from Birmingham to Scotland), based in Manchester.

The business is an

established global consultancy

with a reputation for delivering projects across all sectors, from retrofits to multi-million pound high tech developments internationally.

Role Overview:

As the Commercial Lead, you will manage and grow the

Mechanical and Electrical (Building Services) team

from a commercial perspective.

Key Requirements:

BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar MRICS ideal but not a must Proven track record of commercial excellence Demonstrated leadership and business development skills Strong Mechanical and Electrical technical knowledge Solid contractual knowledge Knowledge of the Northern UK market (above Birmingham) Ability to mentor, delegate, and uphold high standards Collaborative mindset - supported by wider offices
