The Role
We are seeking a Commercial Manager to join our growing business. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a new nuclear age, engaging with strategic customers, suppliers, and partners worldwide. You will lead on a variety of commercial activities, including contract negotiation and delivery, risk management, and compliance with company policies and processes. Collaboration and knowledge-sharing are key to our success, so you'll also support and mentor junior team members.
Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, negotiate, execute, and manage contracts with suppliers, customers, partners, and regulatory bodies globally.
Contribute to commercial strategy and pricing decisions, including contract forms, models, and risk allocation.
Drive the development and maturity of the commercial function, including governance, processes, and training.
Influence and collaborate with internal stakeholders across all levels.
Present information clearly and compellingly to stakeholders.
What We're Looking ForStrong experience in contract drafting and negotiation, including complex or high-value agreements.
Ability to contribute to commercial strategy and pricing models.
Experience in developing commercial processes and governance.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences.
