This role is split into two distinct areas and requires a strong B2B marketing background, with clear experience in event management and distributor/wholesaler marketing support. You will work closely with the distributor marketing teams, as well as the newly appointed EU Distributor Account Manager to strengthen Norty's presence across key markets. Additionally, you will develop strong connections will third party companies to ensure our strong presence across a range of trade shows is deployed successfully.

You will also be responsible for leading and managing a small team, delegating tasks, setting goals, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality work that aligns with Norty's marketing strategy.
