ABC Finance Limited is looking for an enthiusiastic and motivated mortgage adviser to join our growing team as an employed mortgage advisor. Our ideal applicant has strong experience in financial service sales and excellent objection handling skills.

The responsibilities for the role:

Handle incoming enquiries effectively to maximise conversion

Meet or exceed your KPIs and targets

Work closely with the processing team to ensure your clients applications run smoothly

Work ethically, compliantly and within company policies at all times

Being punctual, organised and working within the rules

Adhere to Company Policies and Handbook

As a business, we handle all types of property finance including HMO & buy to let mortgages, secured loans, residential mortgages, commercial mortgages, development finance and bridging loans.

Your role would see you specialise in one of these areas, with full training provided if you're new to your specialism.

In this role, you will have enquiries assigned to you each week and will be expected to engage with the client, understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Full training will be provided on the products available and their uses, although the suitable applicant will be self-motivated and also willing to learn independently.

This role comes with a basic salary and an uncapped bonus scheme Your performance, competence and bonus will be measured against a range of Key Performance Indicators including compliance, customer satisfaction and performance against financial targets.
