gloveglu is a specialist football goalkeeper brand with a global presence. We're a small team and a business that is growing rapidly.

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Commercial Operations & Account Manager to take ownership of customer relationships and order flow across B2B, distributors, DTC, Amazon, and white-label channels.

Summary



This role sits at the centre of the business, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth operational execution, and strong commercial performance.

You'll work closely with our Head of Operations, CEO, and Marketing Department to support revenue growth, improve customer experience, and optimise internal processes across the full sales and fulfilment journey.

Responsibilities



1. Account Management & Commercial Growth



Manage, nurture, and grow relationships across B2B, distributors, DTC, Amazon, and white-label accounts. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Provide exceptional support and timely communication. Work closely with the CEO on strategic accounts and revenue-building initiatives. Collaborate with the Marketing Department to support product launches, promotions, and customer campaigns. Report on channel trends and commercial insights.

Order Management & Dispatch Coordination



Act as the primary contact for all order-related communication. Process orders in Cin7, ensuring accuracy and channel-specific requirements are met. Update the Sales Dashboard daily with order statuses and dispatch information. Coordinate order priorities with the Head of Operations. Invoice customers using Xero and ensure all sales invoices are issued correctly. Complete dispatch and export paperwork as required. Track shipments and proactively update customers. Set up and maintain customer profiles in Cin7.
3.

Shipping, Export & Import Oversight



Book domestic and international shipments using Shiptheory, World Options, Transglobal, DHL, DPD, Royal Mail, etc. Prepare export documentation: commercial invoices, packing lists, HS codes, declarations. Ensure compliance for EU, USA and international shipments. Resolve courier, customs, or delivery issues efficiently. Use Global-e for international DTC order management and compliance where relevant.
4.

Amazon Channel Operations



Plan and ship stock to Amazon FBA UK, EU, and USA. Track inbound shipments and resolve delivery or compliance issues. Manage stock transfers and Amazon-related adjustments within Cin7. Support Sales and Marketing with Amazon operational needs.
5.

Customer Service (Gorgias)



Respond to customer enquiries quickly and professionally via Gorgias. Maintain and improve macros and workflows. Follow the Customer Service Guidelines and brand tone. Turn issues into opportunities for improved loyalty.
6.

D2C & 3PL Coordination



Monitor stock held at 3PL and coordinate replenishments. Manage Cin7 branch transfers accurately. Support D2C campaigns coordinated by the Marketing team.
7.

Returns, Refunds & Credits



Process returns, refunds, and credit notes. Identify trends and share insights with Operations, Sales, and Marketing. Update systems accordingly (Cin7, Xero, Gorgias).
8.

Stock Control



Participate in annual stocktake and monthly spot checks. Adjust stock levels in Cin7 accurately. Report risks early: low stock, overstock, quality issues. Work with Sales and Operations on demand forecasting.
9.

Continuous Improvement



We're looking for someone who will raise the bar:

Suggest and implement process improvements. Identify and address inefficiencies and recurring errors. Improve communication flows and documentation. Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Operations to enhance customer experience.

Skills, Experience & Technical RequirementsEssential Skills & Experience



Experience in account management, operations, logistics, or customer service. Strong administrative and organisational ability. Experience with export/import documentation. Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to work proactively and independently in a small, dynamic team.
