About Aizo

Aizo (operating as Quality Heating UK) is a fast-growing online reseller and digital platform in the HVAC and energy market. We supply multi-brand solutions across the UK and are expanding into Europe, serving both homeowners and professionals (installers, developers, property managers, housing associations, etc.).

The heating & energy sector is undergoing a major transition -- heat pumps, electrification, solar, batteries, EV charging, and smarter energy systems. We are building a modern platform for this new era.

The Role -- Commercial Operations (Growth Position)

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on

Commercial Operations Coordinator

to support purchasing, supplier management, logistics, fulfilment, and trade/customer operations. This role blends operational execution with commercial decision-making and suits someone who enjoys improving processes, working with suppliers and trade partners, and adapting to a fast-moving and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage supplier relationships (pricing, availability, lead times, product data, logistics) Coordinate purchase orders, stock, and trade/customer fulfilment workflows Work with couriers and pallet networks for deliveries and returns Handle installer and customer order follow-ups, delivery updates, and issue resolution Maintain accurate product and supplier data across ERP/eCommerce systems Support commercial projects (installer partnerships, trade accounts, category expansion) Assist with pricing, margin tracking, availability, and competitive positioning Contribute to improving operational processes as we grow (inventory, fulfilment, B2B workflows)

Experience & Profile

Prior experience in the

heating, HVAC, or renewable energy sector is strongly preferred

Understanding of how the sector operates (manufacturers, distributors, installers, trade customers, logistics) Commercial mindset (pricing, margins, availability, timing, competitive factors) Process-driven, structured, and detail-oriented Comfortable interacting with suppliers and trade customers Tech-comfortable (Shopify/ERP/CRM/spreadsheets or willing to learn) Experience in eCommerce, purchasing, logistics, or supply chain a strong plus Exposure to heat pumps, boilers, cylinders, solar, batteries, or EV beneficial Proactive, resourceful, adaptable, and problem-solving oriented

Location & Working Model

Hybrid role based in

Wembley, London

Expected

2-3 days on-site per week

for supplier coordination, fulfilment, and operational workflows
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 29,000.00-32,000.00 per year
