We are looking for a highly organised, customer-focused
Commercial Operations Coordinator
to play a pivotal role at the heart of our Operations and Sales teams.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you will be the link between customers, field sales, operations, and internal support functions. You will ensure orders are processed accurately and on time, customer experience is exceptional, and the sales team is supported to be as effective as possible.

A Day in the Life
Your day will start with an
8am team huddle
, where you will:
Update the team on new orders and any issues
Report on GP numbers
Highlight priorities for the day
From there, you'll be:
Processing and acknowledging customer orders
Speaking with customers to build strong, long-term relationships
Managing non-conformances and complaints to successful resolution
Supporting the field sales team with admin, CRM updates, and follow-ups
Coordinating samples, stock queries, and delivery tracking
Providing essential admin and operational support across the business
You'll take pride in ensuring every customer interaction reflects Alphabond's standards and values.
Key Responsibilities (At a Glance)
Sales Order Processing:
Process and acknowledge all customer orders on the ERP system, manage stock bookings, and ensure DOTIF performance.
Customer Experience:
Build strong customer relationships, handle enquiries and NPS calls, and deliver a consistently positive customer experience.
Non-Conformances & Complaints:
Record, manage, and close customer non-conformances and complaints within agreed timeframes.
Sales Team Support:
Support field sales with CRM administration, meeting preparation and follow-ups, sales actions, and stock chase activity.
Operational & Admin Support:
Provide day-to-day admin support including meeting minutes, stock checks, asset registers, and purchase ledger tasks.
HR & IT Support:
Support recruitment and onboarding activities and act as first point of contact for IT issues, liaising with outsourced providers.

Must-Have Requirements
Minimum
2 years' customer service experience
Experience in a
B2B customer environment
Minimum
A-level qualification
Nice to Have
Experience supporting a field sales team
Experience in despatch or logistics
At least
2 years' experience processing sales orders on an ERP system
