The Role



We are seeking a motivated and ambitious

Paralegal

to join our

Commercial Department

at our Scunthorpe office, with a clear pathway to progress to

Trainee Solicitor

for the right candidate.

You will work closely with experienced solicitors, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of commercial matters, including contracts, business transactions, and company law.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting legal research and preparing documents. Drafting correspondence and assisting in transaction management. Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors. Managing files in a busy and dynamic department. Supporting solicitors with day-to-day casework and administrative duties.

About You



We're looking for someone who is eager to build a long-term career in law and thrives in a professional, supportive environment.

Essential:



Minimum of

two A Levels (or equivalent qualifications)

. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A professional attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Desirable:



A Law degree or prior experience in a legal environment. Interest in commercial law or experience within a legal setting.

Pay: Up to 24,320.00 per year
