Our client has always had a strong reputation in the mid-market and continues to seek strong laterals ideally with a commercial background and and understanding of IP as it relates to fast growth companies. You will join a corporate and commercial department with strong work flow and while you will need to develop your own business over time there is plenty of internal work for a senior lawyer with the right background, especially if you have had exposure to areas such as FS, tech, media, gaming or publishing/advertising.
Well placed in this environment and with robust finances and a sensible spread of complementary practice areas our client is looking for key partner laterals to play a significant role in the growth of the business. Happy to talk to existing partner laterals or those coming from in house with sufficient network of potential referrers and multipliers.
