Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective relationship management and strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and tracking progress and performance.
Duties
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Utilise CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyse data for informed decision-making.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with potential clients.
Engage in fundraising activities to support organisational goals and initiatives.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Represent the company at public relations events, networking functions, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
Experience in sales or a related field, with a strong emphasis on relationship management.
Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
